Gender Balance

As we all know the perfection doesn’t differentiate between genders. Instead, it recognizes capability and good management. That’s why successful companies are open to a variegate and balanced work environment, supporting and actively promoting gender equality. Since our opening in Azerbaijan, we have always tried to maintain and support a gender balance in a workplace. At the moment in our friendly team is almost the same number of male and female representatives.
